Founded in Sydney, Synabuild was built on a frustration with how the construction industry treats ordinary people. We decided to do things differently.
From a promise to a proven company
Synabuild started with a simple observation: too many builders in Sydney were treating clients as line items rather than people. Hidden variations, unreturned calls, and "she'll be right" attitudes left families stressed and over budget.
We founded Synabuild to be the antidote. A residential building company that leads with honesty, communicates like a partner, and treats every project - no matter the size - with the same level of care and professionalism.
Today, with over 120 completed projects across Greater Sydney, we've built a reputation that means more to us than any award: our clients refer their friends and family to us.

With over 7 years experience delivering Class 1 and Class 2 residential projects across Greater Sydney, Ahmad founded Synabuild with one goal - to be the kind of builder clients can actually trust. Licensed, insured, and hands-on from first call to final handover.
